Lenedra was born in 1950 in a town in Alaska to Jasper Jewel Carroll and Arva Carroll. Now she is sixty-seven years old. Together with her three Mormons siblings, she was raised in Alaska. Her parents migrated to a little island called Wrangell in Alaska in the 1930s. They went to Seward, Alaska afterwards. Lenedra later relocated to Homer, Alaska, in her adolescent years.
