When I wrote the word ‘Speach’ on my laptop it was showing incorrect and should be replaced with ‘Speech’. This happened because the word ‘Speach’ doesn’t exist in the English dictionary. And the correct word is ‘Speech’. The best and easiest way of identifying the correct word is remember that there is a stress of ‘ee’ while pronouncing ‘Speech’ while it is not the same with ‘Speach’ so the correct word is with the stress sound that is “Speech”.
