Kurnool bus station is a bus station in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh’s Kurnool city. Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation owns it. It is the second largest bus station in Andhra Pradesh, behind Vijayawada’s PNBS.
Kurnool is Rayalaseema’s entry point. Bus services to Kurnool are available from every bus terminal in the Rayalaseema area. Buses connect practically every city and town in Southern Andhra Pradesh and Southern Karnataka.
Another major bus operator is KSRTC, which operates in Karnataka, and TSRTC, which operates in Telangana. This is one of the state’s major bus stations, with services to major cities and towns around the state as well as neighbouring states such as Karnataka and Telangana.
Bus station extension works are now underway, and the city is expected to begin operating city buses in 2020 as the second phase of introducing city buses in Andhra Pradesh towns.
