A fully grown king Salmon is about 24 to 36 in height and weighs about 10 to 50 lb but can reach up to 130 lb. The flesh of the fish can be pink or white and thus it is a precious fish all around the globe. The world’s largest producer of king Salmon is New Zealand. Also, in some communities the first catch of king salmon every year is celebrated as they consider the fish to be culturally important.
Major Differences Between Coho and King Salmon
