Differences between Avocado and Guacamole

The main difference between avocado and guacamole is that avocado is a fruit while guacamole is a kind of dip, crushed part or spread prepared from avocados. Both of them have tremendous health benefits, but fresh avocados are natural and organic so they offer more health benefits compared to guacamole.

Various additives are mixed with guacamole to consume while avocados are consumed raw, natural and fresh. Avocado is a fruit so it can be eaten directly or with spices or salt but guacamole can be prepared in a variety of ways. Being natural, avocado has a longer shelf life compared to guacamole, which is preserved after adding preservatives in it. Consider the following differences between Avocado and Guacamole:
